Parul Dhir

Parul Dhir is an experienced professional in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as Director and Global Head of Banking and Markets Production Services AML KYC at Bank of America since July 2012. In this role, Parul also leads production services for Repos & Funding and FX in the Americas. Prior to this, Parul held the position of Director of Financial Services Technology at PwC Canada from January 2022 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Software Design and Development Engineer at 5sense, Inc., and a Technology Analyst Intern at Bank of America, alongside work as a Software Engineer at Infosys. Parul holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
