Paul Linnell

Paul Linnell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in prime financing and brokerage services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bank of America since February 2023, Paul specializes in Prime Financing Sales for the EMEA region. Previously at Merrill Lynch, Paul held the position of Director since June 2010, focusing on Clearing & Financing Platform and Relationship Management for proprietary trading firms, with an emphasis on Quant Trading, Options and ETF Market Making, and Arbitrage strategies. Paul has held various leadership roles within Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Director of Prime Brokerage Relationship and Business Management, with a focus on Emerging Technologies, and Vice President of Prime Brokerage Account Management. Earlier experience includes positions in operations and trade support at Merrill Lynch and Schroders Investment Management Australia Limited. Paul holds a BA Joint Honours degree in International Politics and Classical Civilization from Keele University.
