Rachit Agarwal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in product leadership and regulatory compliance within the banking sector. Currently serving as Vice President - Product Lead at Bank of America since January 2016, Rachit is responsible for driving regulatory and policy changes, executing strategic enhancements, and establishing infrastructure for new products. Prior to this role, Rachit held positions as Vice President - Sr. Product Associate, Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager, focusing on regulatory compliance and Value at Risk back-testing.
