Shilpa Banerjee

Shilpa Banerjee has extensive experience in technology leadership across prominent organizations. At Bank of America, Shilpa served as Managing Director of Operations Technology, overseeing key areas such as Workflow and Document Transformation and Consumer AML. In a previous role as Senior Vice President, Business Exec - Technology, Shilpa led digital transformation initiatives and developed technology strategy roadmaps. Prior to this, Shilpa held various positions at GE Digital, including Vice President of Corporate Systems, where Shilpa supported digital products across multiple corporate functions. Earlier career roles at GE Corporate and GE Appliances involved leadership in IT for Global Financial Services and development of innovative inventory management systems. Shilpa's academic background includes a Master of Computer Applications from Jawahar Lal Nehru University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
