Tim Gwaltney has over 20 years of experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Problem Management at Bank of America since September 2006, Tim has also held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Operations & Workforce Management for Contact Center Operations and Senior Vice President of Banking Center Technologies. Prior to that, Tim worked at Nortel Networks as a Senior Vice President - Production Support Manager and Major Account Executive. Tim's career began at Aspect as a Business Applications Consultant, followed by a role at Bank of America as a Vice President Service Delivery Consultant. Tim is a graduate of Owen High School.
