Vicky Fowler

Vicky Fowler possesses extensive experience in data governance, engineering, and information security, currently serving as Vice President of Data Governance and Engineering at Bank of America since August 2018. Prior to this role, Vicky held multiple positions at Vanguard, including Lead Information Security Analyst and Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing security programs and business intelligence initiatives from April 2012 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes a Developer role at Vanguard (2009-2012), and various positions such as Software Developer at Goldman Sachs (2007) and Coordinator at ACM SIGGRAPH (2007-2008). Vicky began the professional journey in the STARS program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2007.
