Wendy Hunter

Wendy Hunter has extensive experience in talent and leadership development, primarily within the financial services sector. Wendy held senior leadership roles at Bank of America from February 2018 to November 2024, focusing on EMEA leadership and manager development as well as talent and learning. Prior to this, Wendy served at HSBC from April 2010 to July 2015 in various senior positions related to talent, learning, and organizational development across the APAC region. Wendy's earlier roles include positions at Reed Consulting, London Bridge Hospital, and The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust, beginning with a research role in tobacco addiction. Academically, Wendy holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of East London and an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University.
