Tania Wan

Tania Wan has over a decade of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Customer Segment Management at Bank of China (Hong Kong) since October 2012. Tania's extensive roles include Assistant General Manager for both Customer Segment Management and Customer Experience Management, as well as Senior Segment Manager positions focused on Small Enterprise Business, Customer Experience, and Wealth Management. Prior experience includes managerial roles at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management from 2008 to 2012. Tania holds an MBA from HKUST and a B.B.A. and Psychology degree from Western University, along with educational experience at Branksome Hall and St. Stephen’s Girls’ College.
