Shirley Jiang

Shirley Jiang, CPA CAMS CISA has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Shirley began their career at Skody Scot & Company CPAs as a Senior/Surpervisor in 2003. In 2006, they joined Andrews Hooper & Pavlic, PLC as a Senior.

Shirley then moved on to Mizuho in 2007, where they served as an Assistant Vice President in Internal Audit, specifically focusing on Compliance and Corporate Functions. Shirley remained in this role until 2012.

Following their time at Mizuho, Shirley joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Vice President in AML and IT audit. Shirley held this position for one year before transitioning to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2013.

At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Shirley held two executive positions. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Executive Director of Internal Audit Quality Assurance. Shirley then moved on to become the Executive Director of Operation Controls Mgmt - Wholesale Client On-Boarding / Global KYC from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Shirley joined Bank of China as the Senior Vice President of AML Consent Order Validation. Later in the same year, they were promoted to SVP - Deputy Chief Audit Executive. Shirley currently holds the position of Managing Director - Deputy Chief Audit Executive at Bank of China.

Shirley Jiang, CPA CAMS CISA, holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. Shirley also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Inner Mongolia University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Shirley has obtained certifications in Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and is a Certified Public Accountant, recognized by the NYS Education Department.
