Ryan Gilbert's work experience begins in 2004 when they served in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief for a C-130 aircraft. During this time, they demonstrated leadership skills, discipline, and teamwork. In 2008, they joined Alpine Bank of Colorado as a Loan Officer, where they built relationships with customers to help them meet their financial needs. Ryan later joined Bank of Colorado in 2014 as a Branch President and eventually became a Market President in October 2018.

Ryan Gilbert completed a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and Economics from the University of Northern Colorado, from 2003 to 2008. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Community Banking.
