Gary R. Burks

Gary R. Burks has been a director of Redding Bank of Commerce since June 2007 and of the Company since 2008. Mr. Burks has been Vice President and General Manager of Foothill Distributing Company, Inc. (an Anheuser-Busch wholesale company) in Redding since October 1991 and has over twenty years of experience on its board. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Redding Colt 45s, a collegiate baseball team and on the Corporate Governance Committee of the United Way of Northern California. He volunteered as a Loaned Executive for the Greater Redding Chamber of Commerce during 2015, served as president of Redding Rotary from 1991 to 1992, and he was an Executive Board member of the Greater Redding Chamber of Commerce from 1985 to 1991. Mr. Burks’ experience in running a large-scale company and his involvement in many academic and community activities make him a valuable member of the Board. Mr. Burks serves as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Audit and Qualified Legal Compliance, the Executive Compensation, and the Long-Range Planning committees of the Board. Mr. Burks also serves on the Technology Committee of Redding Bank of Commerce.
