Orin N. Bennett

Orin N. Bennett has been a director of Redding Bank of Commerce since September 2005 and of the Company since 2006. Mr. Bennett is a registered Civil Engineer in California and Oregon. He formed a civil engineering business in 1995 that in 2008 became Bennett Engineering Services in Roseville, California which provides civil engineering services primarily in California. Mr. Bennett also is a partner in BD Properties, LLC, a real estate investment company. Mr. Bennett was employed by the international engineering firm of CH2M Hill prior to forming his own civil engineering business in 1979. Mr. Bennett’s knowledge of the Sacramento market and his real estate experience provide insight into the existing opportunities for a community bank to provide its services and operations and make his continued service to the Board a valuable asset. Mr. Bennett serves on the Executive, Executive Compensation, Long-Range Planning, and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees of the Board. He also serves as Chairman of the Redding Bank of Commerce Loan Committee.
