Randall S. Eslick

Randall S. Eslick has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 2013. Immediately prior, he served as Regional President of Roseville Bank of Commerce (now known as Sacramento Bank of Commerce, a division of Redding Bank of Commerce) from December 2005 to November 2013. From 2002 until December 2005, Mr. Eslick served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Roseville Bank of Commerce. Mr. Eslick joined the Company in March 2001 as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Mr. Eslick was appointed to the Board of the Company and to the board of directors of Redding Bank of Commerce in November 2013 when he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. As the Chief Executive Officer and a director, Mr. Eslick serves as the primary liaison between the Board and management and as the executive officer with overall responsibility for executing the Company’s strategic plan. Mr. Eslick presently serves on the ALCO, CRA, Loan and Technology committees of Redding Bank of Commerce.
