Ellaine Pascual

Ellaine Pascual is an experienced professional in IT asset management and technical support, currently serving as a Junior Assistant Manager at Bank of Commerce (Philippines) since July 2017. In this role, Ellaine is responsible for improving processes related to the bank's IT Asset Management System and has developed and maintained the Asset Management database. Previously, as an IT Asset Management Specialist, Ellaine utilized Ivanti to track all hardware and software assets across the company. Prior to joining Bank of Commerce, Ellaine worked at AMTI as a Technical Support Specialist for BPI, providing remote desktop support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Ellaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completed in June 2015.
