Emelito Papa

Emelito Papa, CLSSGB, currently serves as the Head of Business Continuity Management at Bank of Commerce in the Philippines since August 2011, where responsibilities include updating and testing the Business Continuity Plan and coordinating business unit preparations for threats. Previously, Emelito held multiple roles at the same institution, including Head of IT Policy, Contracts & Compliance, and Solutions Manager, focusing on IT policy alignment and operational efficiency. Emelito's career began at Philippine Bank of Communications from January 1992 to July 2011, where various leadership positions in methods and procedures were undertaken. Earlier experience includes teaching programming and application software at Computer Institute for Asia. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas, a Computer Programming degree from Systems Technology Institute, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Process Doctors Academy.
