Ryan Norman Lim

Ryan Norman Lim, CPA, MBA, CLSSBB, currently serves as Vice President and Credit Risk Management Department Head at Bank of Commerce in the Philippines, overseeing four sections with a team of nine employees and focusing on the development and implementation of credit risk policies and strategies. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions at China Bank PH and United Coconut Planters Bank, where responsibilities included leading credit risk departments and preparing analytical reports for risk assessments. With a solid foundation in credit management from previous roles at Philippine National Bank and Ernst & Young, Ryan possesses extensive expertise in credit risk evaluation, portfolio management, and financial advisory services.
