Andreas Panteli

Andreas Panteli currently serves as the Head of Technology Infrastructure and Head of SRE & Cloud Platform at the Bank of Cyprus since August 2017, where responsibilities include defining and leading the bank's cloud adoption strategy and establishing standards for infrastructure management. Previously, Andreas held the position of Enterprise Architect, ensuring alignment of technology architecture with the organization’s strategic objectives, and as IT Infrastructure Architect, focusing on infrastructure architecture standards. Prior experience includes working as a HPC Systems Support Specialist at The Cyprus Institute, where systems administration for high-performance computing facilities was the primary focus, and as a researcher in the FP7 EuroCloud project and multicore Computer Architecture Laboratory at the University of Cyprus. Andreas holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Cyprus.
