Brandon Weathers is an experienced professional with a strong background in information technology and project management. Brandon currently holds the position of Information Technology Cyber Security Assurance Specialist at Bank of England Mortgage, where they utilize their expertise in cybersecurity to ensure the organization's information technology systems are secure.

Prior to this, Brandon worked at Windstream as a Senior Process Specialist, where they played a crucial role in training corporate teams on the agile methodology and overseeing the development of agile teams. Brandon also administered the corporate tool Azure DevOps to facilitate Agile and DevOps adoption across the organization.

Brandon also gained valuable experience at AT&T, where they served as a Professional-Scrum Master, responsible for managing projects using Agile Project Management methods and tools. Brandon also worked at Alltel Communications, Inc. as a Technical Product Consultant, where they performed testing for products, ensured that third-party products met functional and technical requirements, and led the creation of test processes and post-launch production hand-off process.

Before that, Brandon gained valuable experience at Verizon as an MTS-Network, and at Alltel Wireless as a Project Manager, where they successfully led IT and Call Center projects. Brandon Weathers has a comprehensive education history in both cybersecurity and criminal justice. Brandon earned their Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity from John Brown University Graduate School, studying from 2020 to 2022. Prior to pursuing their Master's degree, Brandon completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, graduating in 2014. Brandon also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the same institution, which they achieved between 1993 and 1997.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Brandon has obtained certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Brandon received the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer™ (CDPSE™) certification from ISACA in April 2021.
