Anna Jernova

Anna Jernova currently serves as the Head of Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Bank of England, having held various roles within the institution since 2014, including Senior Policy Advisor and Senior Manager in the Prudential Policy Directorate. Jernova also has experience as a secondee at the Central Bank of Ireland and has previously worked at the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Services Authority, focusing on macroprudential policy and operational risk. With a Master's Degree in International Development from The London School of Economics and a BSc in International Economics from the University of Nottingham, Jernova has contributed significantly to the development of frameworks for systemic risk management and has represented the UK on international committees.
