Chen-Helen Regis

Chen-Helen Regis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in structured finance and securitisation. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at the Bank of England since March 2018, Chen-Helen is responsible for reviewing notified Significant Risk Transfers and contributing to the development of securitisation regulations and policies. Prior to this role, Chen-Helen held positions at Lloyds Bank, including Associate Director and Associate in Securitisation Structuring, focusing on capital relief and term funding securitisation. Previous experience includes roles at Mizuho, where Chen-Helen managed an ABS portfolio, and Société Générale, where Chen-Helen worked on structured credit solutions. Chen-Helen's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
