David N.

David N. serves as the Corporate Portfolio Office Manager at Bank of England since January 2019. Previously, David held the position of Group Portfolio Manager (and Head of PMO) at Enstar Group, LTD, from August 2015 to October 2017, where responsibilities included defining Governance Roadmaps and establishing a governance structure with budgetary controls. At Tesco PLC, from June 2008 to April 2015, roles included Technology Business Manager in the Office of the Group CIO, where a stage-gated Delivery Governance framework was created, and PMO Manager, leading the introduction of structured PMO processes. Prior experience at GlaxoSmithKline spanned over a decade in various roles, achieving significant improvements in project approval processes and savings through IT asset reuse.
