Katie Taylor

Katie Taylor is a Senior Economist at the Bank of England, where responsibilities include authorship of the Monetary Policy Report in the External Engagement Division, Monetary Analysis since August 2016. Previously, Katie held positions as an Economist within the External MPC unit and the Current Economic Conditions Division, focusing on monetary policy advice and economic analysis. Additionally, Katie started the career at Lloyds Banking Group as a Lloyds Scholar, participating in various internships, including roles as a Cash Management Analyst and Finance Analyst. Educational accomplishments include a Postgraduate Certificate in Central Banking and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick and a Master's Degree in Economics & Politics from both The University of Edinburgh and The University of British Columbia.
