Keith Bear

Keith Bear is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the financial and consulting sectors. As a Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance since February 2019, and an Associate Partner at Elixirr, Bear also serves as an Independent Board Director at Dfns and a member of the CBDC Technology Forum at the Bank of England. With further involvement as a member of the Board Risk Committee at the London Metal Exchange and participation in the Investor Trends and Research Working Group for the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), Bear has been influential in fintech and financial innovation. Previous roles include Vice President of Financial Markets at IBM, leading global business development and strategy, and founding partner in IBM's Risk Management Practice.
