Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor serves as the Learning & Development Lead (Corporate) at the Bank of England since October 2021, where responsibilities include designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate learning initiatives. Prior to this role, Matt accumulated extensive experience at the Metropolitan Police from January 2007 to October 2021, including managing the Code of Ethics for the London Police Challenge Forum and contributing to training and qualifications management. Matt's earlier career also includes serving as a Police Officer with Sussex Police, focusing on training management and vocational qualifications. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Education & Training Management from the University of Portsmouth and various certifications in teaching and health & safety.
