Rashmi Harimohan

Rashmi Harimohan currently serves as the Head of Division for Macro Financial Risks at the Bank of England, a position held since December 2023, where responsibilities include assessing financial stability risks and overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing the UK's financial growth. Previously, Rashmi held various roles at the Bank of England from 2008 to 2022, including Senior Manager and Interim Head of Division in the Monetary & Financial Conditions Division. Key achievements include leading the design of monetary policy tools during significant economic events and managing analysis of UK sterling markets. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Virgin Money and a risk analyst position at EY. Rashmi holds a Master of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College at Delhi University.
