Robert Zammit is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience at the Bank of England since 2008, currently serving as Head of Division for Domestic Resolvability. In this role, Robert leads the supervisory team for a Category 1 financial institution and chairs the Liquidity working group within the UK Domestic Takers Directorate of the Prudential Regulation Authority. Previous positions include Senior Manager roles focused on resolvability planning for major UK deposit-takers and leading the EU Withdrawal Unit's design and execution of the Temporary Permissions Regime. Robert also served as a Technical Advisor to the Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine and held various analytical and advisory roles at the Bank of England, supporting two Governors and contributing to monetary policy initiatives. Academically, Robert holds a Master's degree with distinction in International Relations from the University of Warwick and a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Malta.
