Zehra Odunayo

Zehra Odunayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people strategy, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at the Bank of England, Zehra leads the development and implementation of a new operating model for the People Strategy & Insights function and has held roles such as Acting Head of Culture Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Senior Manager of DEI. In addition to consulting for MBBWConsults and contributing as a DEI Consultant for Equality Leaders, Zehra's freelance career includes roles as Culture Lead at Streetbees and Research & Strategy Lead at Kwanda. With a background in insight and innovation consulting at C Space, Zehra has advised major brands and shaped company cultures to enhance employee engagement and diversity. Educational achievements include a BA in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and formative schooling at Godolphin & Latymer School for Girls.
