Zoe Hawtin-Rew

Zoe Hawtin-Rew is a seasoned professional in portfolio management and organizational change, currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at the Bank of England since July 2023. With extensive experience at the Financial Conduct Authority since 2016, Zoe established the Change Community of Practice, leading a team focused on change delivery frameworks and skill development across departments. Zoe's roles have included Portfolio Manager, responsible for major programs, and Infrastructure Delivery Team Manager, overseeing significant project spend. As the founder of Rewtin Ltd., an IT consulting firm, Zoe also has a background in IT strategy with Accenture, alongside experience in non-profit organizations and academic research. Academic credentials include a Master’s in International Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Tourism from the University of Strathclyde.
