Elizabeth Lubuag, PMP, CSM has over 10 years of experience in project management at Bank of Guam. Elizabeth began their career as a Customer Service Associate, where they prioritized customer service and problem-solving skills. After completing a management trainee program, Elizabeth transitioned into various roles such as Utility Officer and Electronic Banking Group Officer, gaining a deep understanding of different departments and acquiring skills in strategic solutions. Elizabeth then became a Project Manager, leading enterprise-level projects and implementing systems improvements. As the Director of the Project Management Office, Elizabeth restructured the department, mentoring a team of 13 project managers and business analysts. Elizabeth also led digital transformation and quality assurance initiatives, resulting in improved processes and customer satisfaction. Throughout their career, Elizabeth has demonstrated their ability to drive efficiency, manage complex projects, and deliver strategic solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Elizabeth Lubuag, PMP, CSM, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Guam from 2007 to 2011. Elizabeth later obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2019 and became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
