Kiha Sai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their professional journey in 2013 as a Student Advisor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In 2014, they worked as a Trainee at the NASA Space Grant Consortium. In 2015, they held roles as a Marketing Intern at Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii Energy Fellow at Kupu, and a VIP Transporter and Valet at Elite Parking Services. From 2015 to 2016, Kiha Sai served as a Hawaii Delegate for Peace Child International, focusing on youth-led development and sustainability. They then joined Bank of Hawaii in various positions, including Mortgage Banking Associate, Retail/FHA Mortgage Loan Coordinator, and Direct to Consumer Mortgage Loan Officer. In 2021, they became the Digital Sales Development Manager AVP, and as of 2022, they hold the position of Vice President of Digital Sales Development at Bank of Hawaii.

Kiha Sai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2016. In 2021, they enrolled at the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree by 2023.
