Shih-Po Chang

Shih-Po Chang has held various roles in risk management and finance at multiple banks, including Bank of Hope, City National Bank, East West Bank, and IndyMac Bank. With a background in structural engineering, Shih-Po also pursued an MBA with a focus on finance. At Bank of Hope, Shih-Po collaborates with the Chief Risk Officer to establish Model Risk Management infrastructure, while at City National Bank, Shih-Po focused on testing risk mitigating controls of financial models. Prior to this, Shih-Po led the Model Risk Management team at East West Bank and assisted in establishing the Enterprise Risk Management framework at City National Bank. Throughout Shih-Po's career, a focus on risk management and financial modeling has been consistent.
