Carmen Castillo

Carmen Castillo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Carmen most recently worked as a Vice President Treasury Management Officer at Bank of Idaho starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Commercial Deposit/ Treasury Management Officer at Gesa Credit Union from September 2021 to February 2023. Carmen also served as a Branch Manager/Team Leader at Gesa Credit Union from February 2021 to September 2021.

Before working at Gesa Credit Union, Carmen worked at Nielsen, where they held the position of Regional Training Specialist from July 2018 to July 2020. Carmen was responsible for developing and conducting training courses for employees globally, among other key responsibilities. Prior to that, they were a Nielsen Representative from June 2014 to July 2018, where they managed the collection accuracy of vital information for Nielsen TV Ratings.

Carmen also has experience in education as a Migrant Recruiter and Paraeducator at Pasco School District from October 2012 to June 2014. Carmen played a vital role in delivering hands-on leadership and supporting academic plans for migrant families.

Additionally, Carmen has experience in the banking and insurance industries. Carmen worked as a Business and Client Banker at Bank of the West from January 2012 to October 2012, where they sourced and delivered credit and non-credit products to individuals and businesses. Prior to that, they were a Branch Owner and Agent at American Family Insurance from August 2009 to October 2010, where they generated new customers and sold various types of insurance.

Earlier in their career, Carmen held roles such as Finance Center Manager at American West Bank from March 2006 to October 2008, and Branch Manager at US Bank from October 2003 to March 2006.
