Thor Conley, CRCM, has extensive experience in compliance and community development within the banking sector and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Compliance and CRA Officer at Bank of Idaho since May 2008, Thor has also held the title of AVP Compliance and CRA Officer. In addition to this role, Thor is the Board President of Habitat for Humanity International, having served as Treasurer before ascending to the presidency in March 2022. Previous leadership positions include Past President Elect of Rotary International and Past Chairman of the Idaho Bankers Association, where Thor was Vice Chair from 2016 to 2018 and Chairman from 2018 to 2019. Thor's community involvement includes being a former Board Member of the Portneuf District Library and a coach for PVSC, in addition to a three-year term as a Board Member for the Portneuf Valley Soccer Club. Educationally, Thor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Idaho State University.
