Jarod Phillips

Jarod Phillips has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President of the Retail Banking Division at Bank of Idaho since July 1999. In this role, Jarod focuses on building meaningful customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Previous positions include VP Senior Branch Banking Officer, where strategies were deployed to enhance customer experience, and V.P. / Director of Marketing & Strategic Development, overseeing marketing initiatives and a successful rebranding campaign. Jarod also managed significant branch operations, achieving notable growth, and has experience as a commercial loan officer. In addition to professional commitments, Jarod serves as a volunteer board member for the Judicial District VII CASA Program, advocating for children in need. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Idaho State University and graduate executive training in banking from the University of Washington.
