Seun Tubi

Seun Tubi, CFA, CISSP, is a seasoned finance and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in structured finance, syndication, and information security. Currently serving as Head of Structured Finance & Syndication and Chief Information Security Officer at Bank of Industry Limited, Seun is responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and leading governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. Previous roles include COO at Thomas Macaulay Capital, Principal Executive at The Vepas Company Limited, and Senior Project Manager at Stanbic IBTC, among others, where responsibilities encompassed investment banking, e-payment initiatives, and project management. Seun holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of London, is a Doctoral Fellow/DBA candidate at Hult International Business School, and possesses an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
