Andy McGurk

Andy McGurk is an experienced Scrum Master and project management professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software development. Currently serving as a Scrum Master for the Home Buying Value Stream and the Rome Development Team at Bank of Ireland, Andy previously held positions at ESB as Scrum Master and PMO Lead for mobile app development, as well as at EY as a Senior Consultant in Business Design. Andy's early career includes roles at AIB as Scrum Master and Delivery Lead for the Agile Transformation Team, and additional experience in various customer service and technical roles. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science and Data Science from University College Dublin, along with multiple higher education qualifications in engineering, audio design, and music management.
