Prior to this role, Apollon held positions from 1996 to 2009 at Bank of Ireland, focusing on corporate recovery and restructuring, along with experience at Equatorial Bank Plc as a Corporate Recovery Manager from 1990 to 1996. Apollon holds multiple qualifications including a BSc in Mathematics and Financial Services from UCL and Alliance Manchester Business School, and diplomas in Banking and Credit Management.
