Currently serving as the Head of Credit Strategy Management at Bank of Ireland since October 2016, Joe has previously held significant positions including Director of Strategic Business Performance at Certus and Divisional Director of Retail & Intermediary Credit Risk Management at Bank of Scotland. Joe's expertise encompasses the development and implementation of credit risk frameworks, governance structures, and data-driven decision models across various financial institutions, including Halifax and Bank of America. Joe holds a BSc in Management from Trinity College Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Techniques from Technological University Dublin.
