Michael MacNamee

Michael MacNamee is currently a Customer Service Team Lead at Bank of Ireland, where responsibilities include supporting offshore agents, managing bank escalations, and training junior staff. Previously held roles include Learning and Development Specialist at Bank of Ireland, Event Manager at Ashville Media, and various positions at Classic Hits 4FM as a researcher and co-presenter.
