Niamh O'Gorman is an experienced professional in risk management and corporate banking, currently serving as the Head of Business, Strategic & Sustainability Risk at Bank of Ireland since August 2010. In this role, Niamh oversees the effective second line of defence for business, strategic, and sustainability (ESG) risk. Previously, Niamh led the SEAR Programme & Performance Alignment in Group Risk, focusing on the implementation of the Senior Executive Accountability Regime and the alignment of risk performance with remuneration.
