Nicole Heffernan Sweeney

Nicole Heffernan Sweeney currently serves as the Manager of the Property Finance Group at Bank of Ireland since March 2023, overseeing commercial property investments. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions at Oaklee Housing as a Development and New Business Surveyor, and at WeWork as the Asset Sales Manager for Ireland. Nicole also gained significant experience at Cushman & Wakefield in various surveying roles related to office agency, valuations, advisory, and development land from May 2017 to November 2020. Earlier in Nicole's career, a position as Portfolio Manager was held at Sherry FitzGerald from April 2014 to April 2017. Educational qualifications include an Honours Degree in Valuation Surveying and an Ordinary Degree in Auctioneering, Valuation, and Estate Agency, both obtained from Technological University Dublin.
