Amiel Elan has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Amiel started their career as a Personal Banker at Bank Hapoalim in 2007 and worked there until 2008. Amiel then joined Bank of Israel in 2008 as a Student, where they gained experience in payments, reports, customer service, and research. At Bank of Israel, Amiel Elan also served as the Head of the foreign trade section starting from 2012. In this role, they led a small team, provided banking services to the government in foreign currencies, and was responsible for global payments, system implementation, validations, and cyber security.

Amiel Elan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship at Lev Academic Center from 2012 to 2014.
