Zaid Said

Zaid Said, FRM, CIA, PMP, CRISC, CISA, is an accomplished Operational Risk Manager at Bank of Jordan since 2022, responsible for establishing and overseeing operational risk policies and governance processes at the group level. Prior to this, Zaid held the position of BCM-Risk Management at Arab Bank, managing Business Continuity policies and supporting country-level BCP development. Zaid has also served as IT Risk & Business Continuity Manager and Risk Management Supervisor at Arab Jordan Investment Bank, developing frameworks for business continuity and implementing risk management tools. Zaid's career began as an Internal Auditor during the HSBC acquisition and included a role as a Bank Teller at Cairo Amman Bank. Zaid holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Petra and has a strong foundation in various risk management certifications.
