Joel Sklar

Joel Sklar is the current Director at Bank of Marin and a retired Chief Medical Officer from Marin General Hospital. Joel has over 20 years of experience in the medical field and has founded multiple businesses. Sklar has been with Bank of Marin for over 10 years and was previously with Marin General Hospital for 9 years. Joel has also founded Marin Medical Practice Concepts, Inc. and Cardiovascular Associates of Marin.

Joel Sklar attended Williams College for their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Joel then attended the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine and earned their MD. Joel completed their Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of California, San Diego. Lastly, they did their Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
