Karin Bell has a diverse and extensive work experience. Karin started their career as a Controller at Operation Smile from 1987 to 1992. Later, they joined the Columbia Housing Authority as a Controller from 1993 to 2000. Following that, they served as the Executive Director at the Masonic Home of Missouri from 2002 to 2008, where they were responsible for financial management and personnel administration.
