Valeria Ndapunikwa Mbango

Valeria Ndapunikwa Mbango currently serves as the Director of Strategy, Projects and Transformation at the Bank of Namibia, where responsibilities include leading organizational and digital transformation strategies, ensuring effective project and data management, and driving innovation. Previously, Valeria held the position of Deputy Director in the same department and has also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Legion Business Operations Consulting and Technologies. Valeria's extensive experience at Standard Bank Namibia includes roles such as Head of Cash Management and Acting Head of Client Solutions and Implementation, as well as various operational and engineering positions. Valeria's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Future Studies from Stellenbosch Business School, a Master's in Project Management from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
