Anna Harris has over 20 years of legal experience, primarily in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Business, Corporate and Institutional Banking at the Bank of New Zealand since October 2018, Anna has also held the position of Senior Corporate Lawyer within the same institution. Prior to this, Anna worked for ASB Bank Limited for a decade in various legal roles, including Senior Legal Counsel. Anna began her career at Chapman Tripp as a solicitor after obtaining dual degrees in Laws (Honours) and Commerce from The University of Auckland, complemented by experience at Clifford Chance LLP as a Senior Associate specializing in derivatives and financial regulation.
