Antony van Leeuwen

Antony van Leeuwen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking sector. Currently serving as the General Manager of Divisional Performance at the Bank of New Zealand since February 2016, Antony oversees a team of 28 finance experts, providing strategic and operational financial reporting and support to the Executive Team and CFO. Previous positions include CFO for the Partnership Banking division at BNZ, Senior Finance Partner at Westmere School, and various roles at Westpac and RBC Capital Markets. Antony holds multiple qualifications, including a Chartered Banker designation from The Chartered Banker Institute and a Chartered Accountant degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury.
