Brenda Costeloe

Brenda Costeloe is an experienced professional in workforce enablement and digital leadership, currently serving as the Workforce Enablement Manager and previously as Capability Manager at the Bank of New Zealand since August 2017. In these roles, Brenda focuses on supporting teams to achieve exceptional digital outcomes for customers. Prior to this, Brenda spent seven years at Wellington City Council, where responsibilities included leading the Creative and Brand team as Creative and Brand Manager, serving as Acting Digital Manager, and managing the Publication and Design unit. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Graphic Designer and National Graphic Design Course Coordinator. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Massey University.
