Dan joined BNZ in March 2020 from Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), where held the role of Executive General Manager, Home Buying – accountable for CBA’s $400 billion home lending portfolio. In that role, Dan had end-to-end accountability for home lending including product management, distribution strategy, pricing and margin management, operations, risk and credit policy, projects, systems and reporting.
Prior to this Dan held roles at McKinsey & Company, Fonterra and ASB. He holds an MBA and a Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University in the USA, together with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Auckland.
